Tola is an experienced Human Resources Senior Practitioner who has worked across a variety of Public and Private Sector Organisations, including the Department of Works and Pension, The Court Service, The London Organising Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games, The Cabinet Office and more recently The Greater London Authority. Tola has a proven track record of being able to work collaboratively across different sectors to deliver creative people initiatives aligned to the vision of fast paced organisations. She is recognised for excellent stakeholder management, is visionary with the ability to exercise sound judgement across a number of sectors.

Tola has worked across operations and corporate environments specialising in talent management, leadership development and diversity and equality. One of her greatest achievements has been the development of a cross civil service wide programme that progressed the careers of ethnic minorities and disabled colleagues into senior posts. Her latest move is with the GLA and heads up the Culture and Values Team, working across learning and development, talent and recruitment disciplines
