Lennie is an independent Leadership Development Specialist and Executive Coach, who works across sectors, primarily the public sector. She works at all levels of organisations with people with different lived experience, from diverse backgrounds, occupations and professions, most of whom work in challenging, complex environments.

Her team have been working closely on the initiative she designed “Building an Inclusive TUC” working together with the senior leadership team and staff drawn from across the organisation.

Last year she designed and delivered WIGG’s (Whitehall into Government Group) first programme from Black and Ethnic Minority talent and their line-managers. She is also working with Ofgem and their reverse mentoring programme, commissioned by the Black and Ethnic Minority Affinity Group to support both their mentors who are their members and the mentees, the latter being drawn from the most senior leaders within the organisation.

She has done several assignments for the Cabinet Office and continues to be a stalwart of the successful META programme, part of the gateway to the SCS (Senior Civil Service), continuing to coach several people who are now at deputy director level as part of her executive coaching clients.

Lennie is currently an associate with Pearn Kandola, KPMG, KFHay Group and Ernst Young. She is also part of the NHS Leadership Academy Faculty. She is a member of the EMCC – European Mentoring Coaching Council.
