Alison is a Principal Consultant specialising in the delivery of large scale projects, helping clients to drive value and improve outcomes for Councils, Residents, Patients and Communities.

During the Covid-19 pandemic Alison was brought in to lead on a number of projects, the most significant being supporting City of Edinburgh Council re-open all schools and early years education within the City. Since joining Agilisys, Alison has supported on a number of local government transformation projects including leading the Business Transformation initiatives within North Lanarkshire Council’s Digital Programme.

Alison is a qualified Prince2 Project Manager with a particular interest in IoT  within Housing and Assistive Technology within Health and Social Care,  some of which she’ll discuss in the Agilisys breakout session on September 15^th
