We are thrilled to announce the inaugural Local Government Chief Executives’ Development Framework, a collaborative effort between Solace and the Local Government Association (LGA). This framework marks a significant milestone within the LGA’s Sector Support program for 2023/24.
The framework is comprehensive and has been meticulously crafted through extensive collaboration with current chief executives and key stakeholders, including councillors. Their valuable input has formed the bedrock of our new curriculum for chief executive training and the establishment of leadership standards for excellence.
