Rebecca is the Assistant Chief Executive for the new West Northants unitary council which launched on 1 April 2021 and a Non-Executive Director for Northamptonshire Children’s Trust and Northampton Partnership Homes.

Rebecca was part of the Springboard 2019 cohort and has previously held leadership roles for the London Borough of Sutton, Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and Milton Keynes Council, leading on areas including digital, transformation and customer service. Rebecca is also a Director for Mia’s Wood children’s bereavement charity.
