Rebecca is the Deputy Director of Integration for West Suffolk Alliance. She is responsible for working with partners across health and care to improve population outcomes across the Suffolk and North-East Essex Integrated Care System and in West Suffolk, reduce inequalities and develop joined up, accessible services.

Rebecca has spent over 20 years working in health and care. She is passionate about social change; empowering communities and creating the opportunities that enable people to thrive. Previously Rebecca served with Essex County Council as Head of Commissioning for Adult Social Care, leading on areas that included digital, integration and prevention.

Rebecca was part of the Springboard 2019 cohort and is also passionate about creating a movement across public services to transform how services are delivered and how we work with communities to inspire creativity, empower action and collectively inform change.
