COVID-19 Recruitment Update

Solace’s permanent recruitment team are proactively working with clients to progress senior recruitment processes wherever possible and as far as is practicable. We are adapting our services to make best use of video conferencing and remote assessment techniques to ensure that health concerns are prioritised and adherence to the latest Government guidance is observed.

For formal Member appointment processes, our clients are making the difficult choice to suspend the final stages of recruitment for the time being and we are supporting clients and candidates through this.
