Greater social and economic challenges lead local government to seek out more innovation and creativity. Councils have pushed beyond incremental change and are transforming the way public services are delivered. At this event we will hear how authorities have sought new ways to develop services and what models they are using - and how to minimise the risk of change being derailed in the courts!

Each of the sessions will give the opportunity to debate the issues raised and ask questions of the speakers.
