That’s the council of the future -- and it’ll take new ways of thinking and working to get us there. But what are those new ways, exactly? What do we mean by service design, Agile, and organisation design? What makes these techniques so different and why should we change what we’re already doing? Where’s the business case, anyhow -- and what evidence is there that they can impact at scale? On Friday 3rd June, FutureGov and Solace are tackling these questions (and more) in a rapid-fire training academy designed especially for senior leaders. The session is aimed at Solace members and will give you a safe space to ask all those questions you’ve been afraid to ask and develop ideas to take back to test out on your council. FutureGov has been working with senior leadership in councils across the country to develop trainings for their top managers and members.
